As we welcome the eleventh week of our OJT program, today, on April 11th, we are reminded of how swiftly time passes by. It seems like only yesterday when we began our internship, and now, we are approaching its conclusion. On this day, our activities in the office were relatively low-key, as we primarily focused on refining the PowerPoint presentation that we had previously created. With few pressing tasks to attend to, we decided to take a brief respite and watch the convocation of the BUCS-CSC candidates for the upcoming academic year. This program proved to be a valuable experience as it provided us with insight into who we should vote for. The program was thoughtfully designed and facilitated, allowing us to gain a better understanding of the candidates and their proposed plans for the organization. As a student, we must remain informed and engaged with the activities taking place within the institution, particularly as they pertain to upcoming elections and leadership transitions.

On this day, April 13th, we reflect on the events of the previous day when we were unable to carry out our internship duties due to the suspension of classes and work by the governor of Albay, in anticipation of an approaching typhoon. We are grateful to report that there was minimal damage or destruction, and the situation was managed well by the authorities, thanks to their timely and effective response.

As we resumed our internship duties today, we took the opportunity to focus on a critical task that required our attention - cleaning and double-checking the data contained within the encoded files. This is an essential process that ensures the accuracy and reliability of the data, providing a strong foundation for decision-making and analysis. It requires meticulous attention to detail and a thorough understanding of the data, as even a small error can cause significant problems down the line. Therefore, we approached the task with a high level of diligence and care, dedicating our time and energy to ensuring that the data was as accurate as possible.

On this day, April 14th, we experienced a heartwarming moment when a young child visited us at the office, bringing with him a smile and a sense of joy. His cute smile and playful actions lifted our spirits and reminded us of the simple pleasures of life. We were grateful for this unexpected interruption to our routine, which provided a much-needed break from our work and allowed us to connect with our inner child.

Later in the afternoon, our supervisor, Sir Sam, requested that we bring some materials to his office. During this interaction, he also shared some exciting news with us - we would be transferring to his office next week. This announcement brought us great happiness and anticipation, as we looked forward to working closely with Sir Sam again and operating in a new and exciting environment. We felt a sense of gratitude and privilege for this opportunity, recognizing that it was a result of our hard work and dedication during our internship.

As we reflect on these events, we are reminded of the importance of cherishing the little moments in life and the impact they can have on our well-being. The visit from the young child and the news of our transfer to a new office served as reminders of the beauty and excitement that can be found in everyday life, and the importance of staying open and receptive to new opportunities and experiences. We look forward to the future with renewed energy and enthusiasm, eager to embrace whatever challenges and surprises may come our way.

The date was Saturday, April 15th, a day that was truly significant and exciting for us. It was the day that we had our graduation portrait pictorial, and we wanted to ensure that everything was perfect. To ensure that we could fully enjoy this day, we made sure to complete all of our remaining tasks in the graduate school office as soon as possible. This allowed us to transfer to the research office where our supervisor, Sir Sam, was located, without any problems.

In the afternoon, we focused our attention on preparing for our photoshoot. It was a momentous occasion for us since it marked the end of our journey in college. We wanted to make sure that we looked our best, so we spent time grooming ourselves, making sure our hair and makeup were perfect, and selecting the right outfits to wear.

As we arrived at the photoshoot location, we were filled with excitement and anticipation. We couldn't believe that our college journey was coming to an end, and we wanted to capture this moment in the best way possible. We posed for the camera, making sure that our smiles were genuine and our poses were perfect. It was a memorable experience, one that we would always cherish as we look back at our college years. The quote by Frank Costello in the movie 'The Departed' resonates deeply as he expressed the profound notion that when one makes a resolute decision to pursue a particular path or identity, the potential to embody that very essence becomes attainable. Drawing from this wisdom, I find myself reflecting on my own journey as an IT student, wherein the challenges I have faced throughout the rigorous four-year course have forged within me an unwavering determination. As I persevere and overcome obstacles, I am increasingly convinced that each hurdle surmounted brings me closer to the realization of my long-held aspirations and the manifestation of my dreams.
